Mahā Parakkama Thera untranslated

Mahā Parakkama Thera. He belonged to Taungu in Burma, and settled the dispute regarding the monks being allowed to drink the fermented juices of the coconut palm. He wrote the Surāvinicchaya, a book dealing with this subject. Sās., p.81.
