Sattisatasutta. A wise householder should be glad if an offer were made to him that he should comprehend the Four Noble Truths after being tormented with one hundred spears three times a day for one hundred years. For incalculable is Saṁsāra. SN.v.440.
Sattisatasutta. Một cư sĩ trí tuệ hẳn sẽ vui mừng nếu có lời đề nghị rằng ông ta sẽ thấu hiểu Tứ Thánh Đế sau khi bị hành hạ bởi một trăm ngọn giáo, ba lần mỗi ngày, trong một trăm năm. Vì Saṁsāra là vô lượng không thể tính đếm. SN.v.440.
