Meghalatā untranslated

Meghalatā. Among the decorations of the Relic Chamber of the Mahā Thūpa, are mentioned “Meghalatā vijjukumārī,” which is explained in the Mahā Vaṁsaṭīkā (p. 549) as “Meghalatā nāma vijjukumāriyo.”
