Nandamāla draft
Nandamāla. An eminent Buddhist monk of Burma in the latter half of the eighteenth century. He took a prominent part in the Pārupaṇa-Ekaṁsika controversy and was appointed by the king Mahā Dhammarājādhirāja as Head of the Buddhist Saṅgha.
He wrote the Sāsanasuddhidīpikā. Bode, 73.
Nandamāla. Một vị tỳ-kheo Phật giáo xuất chúng của Miến Điện vào nửa sau của thế kỷ thứ mười tám. Ông đã đóng một vai trò nổi bật trong cuộc tranh luận Pārupaṇa-Ekaṁsika và được vua Mahā Dhammarājādhirāja bổ nhiệm làm Vị Lãnh đạo của Tăng đoàn Phật giáo.
