Naṭakuvera. A musician of the king of Benares, whose queen was Kākātī. For details see the Kākātījataka (Ja 327) Ja.iii.91ff.; v.424. Naṭakuvera is identified with the discontented monk with reference to whom the Jātaka was preached.
