Nirutti. A work on exegesis, ascribed to Mahā Kaccāyana and divided into two parts: Cūḷa Nirutti and Mahā Nirutti (Gv.59, 65; Svd.1233f). A ṭīkā on it exists, the Niruttisāramañjūsā, written by Saddhammaguru. Bode, 29; Gv.60.
