Nisseṇidāyaka Thera. An Arahant. In the time of Koṇḍañña Buddha he built a stairway for the Buddha by which he might ascend to his cell.

Thirty-one kappas ago he was king three times, under the name of Pahasambahula. Ap.i.187.
