Rattipupphiya Thera. An Arahant. In the time of Vipassī Buddha he was a hunter, and, seeing the Buddha in the forest, he offered him some flowers which bloom by night (rattikaṁ pupphaṁ). Eight kappas ago he was a king named Suppasanna. Ap.i.188.
