Thambāropaka Thera draft
Thambāropaka Thera. An Arahant.
In the past he set up a flagstaff over the cetiya of Dhammadassī Buddha and, climbing to the top of it, decked it with jasmine flowers. Ninety-four kappas ago he became king sixteen times, under the name of Thūpasikha (Ap.i.171).
He is probably identical with Paripuṇṇaka Thera. Thaga.i.190.

Trong quá khứ, ông đã dựng một cột cờ trên bảo tháp (cetiya) của Đức Phật Dhammadassī và, trèo lên đỉnh của nó, trang trí nó bằng những bông hoa nhài. Chín mươi tư kappas trước, ông trở thành vua mười sáu lần, dưới tên gọi Thūpasikha (Ap.i.171).
