Aggivacchagottasutta untranslated
Aggivacchagottasutta (Aggivacchasutta). Preached at Jetavana to the wanderer Vacchagotta on the danger and futility of theorising about the world, life, etc. (MN.i.483ff).
The Sutta is evidently so-called because the simile of a fire is used. A blazing fire is visible, but, once extinguished, none can say whither it has disappeared.
