Kuntamālaka untranslated

Kuntamālaka v.l. Koṭṭhamālaka. A locality near Anurādhapura through which passed the boundary of the Mahā Vihāra. It was the point from which the king started to mark the sīmā (Mhv., p.331; Mbv.134; Dpv.xiv.28, 33).
