Manasākaṭa draft
Manasākaṭa. A Brahmin village in Kosala on the banks of the Aciravatī. It was in a beautiful spot, and eminent Brahmins would collect there from time to time in order to find rest and quiet and recite their mantras (DNa.ii.399).
The Buddha stayed in the Mango grove to the north of the village, and, during one such stay, preached the Tevijjasutta. (DN.i.235.)
Manasākaṭa. Một làng Bà-la-môn ở Kosala trên bờ sông Aciravatī. Đây là một nơi cảnh đẹp, và các Bà-la-môn xuất chúng thỉnh thoảng tụ hội ở đó để tìm sự nghỉ ngơi thanh tịnh và tụng đọc các chú ngữ (mantra) của họ (DNa.ii.399).
