Sataraṁsika Thera. An Arahant. In the past he saw Padumuttara Buddha and worshipped him. In this life he joined the Saṅgha at the age of seven, and rays constantly issued from his body. Sixty thousand kappas ago he was king four times under the name of Roma. Ap.i.104f.
