Tipupphiya Thera. An Arahant. In a previous birth he offered three flowers to the Pāṭalī, the Bodhi-tree of Vipassī Buddha. Thirty-three kappas ago he became king thirteen times under the name of Samantapāsādika. Ap.i.136.
