Tiyaggala draft
Tiyaggala. A lake in Himavā (Ja.v.415; DNa.i.164). The river flowing from the eastern side of Anotatta, after having travelled along a rocky bed for sixty leagues, falls through the air for a distance of sixty leagues, on to the rock Tiyaggala.
The column of water is three gāvutas in width and, as a result of the impact, the rock is hollowed out into a lake, the Tiyaggala pokkharaṇī, fifty leagues wide. Snpa.ii.439; ANa.ii.760; Uda.302, etc.
Tiyaggala. Một hồ nước ở Himavā (Ja.v.415; DNa.i.164). Dòng sông chảy từ phía đông của Anotatta, sau khi đã đi dọc theo một lòng sông đá dài sáu mươi do-tuần, rơi qua không trung một quãng sáu mươi do-tuần xuống tảng đá Tiyaggala.
