Cūḷa Vedallasutta draft
Cūḷa Vedallasutta, Cūla Vedallasutta. Visākha visits Dhammadinnā and asks her a series of questions on personality, the Noble Eightfold Path, plastic forces (saṅkhārā), etc. Dhammadinnā explains these things to Visākha, who then consults the Buddha as to whether the explanations are correct.
The Buddha tells him that he himself would have given the same answers and praises Dhammadinnā’s erudition (MN.i.299f).
The Sutta forms a kind of commentary on certain psychological terms, such as sakkāya, saṅkhāra, etc. See Vedalla.
Cūḷa Vedallasutta, Cūla Vedallasutta. Visākha đến thăm Dhammadinnā và hỏi bà một loạt câu hỏi về thân kiến, Bát Thánh đạo, các hành (saṅkhārā), v.v. Dhammadinnā giải thích những điều này cho Visākha, người sau đó thỉnh vấn Đức Phật xem các lời giải thích đó có đúng hay không.
Đức Phật nói với ông rằng chính Ngài cũng sẽ đưa ra những câu trả lời giống như vậy và tán thán sự uyên bác của Dhammadinnā (MN.i.299f).
