Isibhūmaṅgaṇa untranslated

Isibhūmaṅgaṇa. A spot in Anurādhapura where half the relics of Mahinda were buried by King Uttiya (Mhv.xx.46). The Dīpavaṁsa (xvii.109) calls it Isibhūmi.
