Nāgakesariya Thera. An Arahant. In the past he was a hunter, and, while wandering in the forest, he saw a full blown Nāga flower and offered it with both hands to Tissa Buddha. Seventy-seven kappas ago he was a king named Pamokkharaṇa. Ap.i.222.
