Ucchaṅgapupphiya Thera. An Arahant. In the time of Vipassī Buddha he was a garland-maker of Bandhumatī. He saw the Buddha walking along the street with a large following of monks, and taking a flower from his lap he offered it to the Buddha. Ap.ii.374-5.
