Ahindasutta, Khandhaparitta, Khandhakaparitta. For self-protection one should practise amity for the four royal families of snakes: Virūpakkha Erāpatha Chabyāputta Kaṇhā Gotamaka It was preached when a monk was bitten by a snake at Sāvatthī. AN.ii.72. Cp. Vin.ii.109; SN­a.ii.144.

Ahindasutta, Khandhaparitta, Khandhakaparitta. Để tự bảo hộ, người ta nên thực hành tâm từ đối với bốn vương tộc rắn: Virūpakkha, Erāpatha, Chabyāputta, Kaṇhā Gotamaka. Bài này được thuyết khi một vị sư bị rắn cắn tại Sāvatthī. AN.ii.72. Cp. Vin.ii.109; SN­a.ii.144.
