Asitañjana untranslated

Asitañjana. A city in the Kaṁsa district in Uttarāpatha and capital of King Mahā Kaṁsa and the Andhakaveṇhudāsaputta (Ja.iv.79; Pv-a.111).

It was also the birthplace of the two merchants Tapassu and Bhalluka. AN­a.i.207.
