Jantugāma untranslated

Jantugāma. v.l. Janagāma. A village near Cālikā; close by was the river Kimikālā with the mango-grove on its banks.

Meghiya, while staying with the Buddha at Cālikā, once went to Jantugāma for alms (AN.iv.354; Ud.iv.1).

The Aṅguttara Commentary (ANa.i.163) says the village was in Pācīnavaṁsamigadāya. Uda.217.
