Pallaṅkadāyaka Thera untranslated

Pallaṅkadāyaka Thera. An Arahant. He once gave a couch (pallaṅka), with cushions, etc., to Sumedha Buddha. Twenty thousand kappas ago he was king three times under the name of Suvaṇṇābha (Ap.i.175). He is probably identical with Uttiya Thera. Thag­a.i.202f.
