Papātapabbata untranslated

Papātapabbata. A mountain in Avanti, near Kuraraghara. It was a favourite spot of Mahā Kaccāna, and we are told of several discussions having taken place there (e.g., SN.iii.9ff.; SN.iv.115f.; AN.v.46f). Mahā Kaccāna’s attendant was, at that time, Soṇa Kuṭikaṇṇa, yet a layman. He later became a monk, and the ten monks necessary for his ordination were found with great difficulty.
