Sukaṭaveliya Thera. An Arahant. In the time of Sikhī Buddha he was a garland-maker, named Asita, and one day, while on his way with a garland to the king, he met the Buddha and offered it to him. Fifty-two kappas ago he was a king named Dvebhāra. Ap.i.217.
