Usukāraṇiyasutta. Describes one of the Petas of Gijjhakūṭa, seen by Moggallāna, while in the company of Lakkhaṇa. The Peta had been a judge in Rājagaha and had been cruel to criminals. The Peta’s body bristled with arrows. SN.ii.257.
