Sotthiya untranslated

Sotthiya 01. A grass cutter (uṇchānaka) who gave grass for his seat to Gotama Buddha. Ja.i.70; Bv­a.238; Snp­a.ii.391, etc.

Sotthiya 03. A Brahmin of Sāvatthī who entered the Saṅgha and became an Arahant after a conversation he had with Anāthapiṇḍika’s slave girl, Puṇṇikā (Puṇṇā). Ap.ii.611 (vss. 6-11).
