Vaṅganta. A Brahmin, father of Sāriputta (Snpa.i.331; Uda.266) (q.v.) and husband of Rūpasārī (Ap.i.102). The Brahmin Mahā Sena was his friend, and the son of another friend became Sāriputta’s attendant (Dhpa.ii.94). See Kiṁsīlasutta.
Vaṅganta. Một vị Bà-la-môn, là cha của Sāriputta (Snpa.i.331; Uda.266) (q.v.) và là chồng của Rūpasārī (Ap.i.102). Bà-la-môn Mahā Sena là bạn của ông, và con trai của một người bạn khác đã trở thành người thị giả của Sāriputta (Dhpa.ii.94). Xem Kiṁsīlasutta.
