Pāyāsisutta draft
Pāyāsisutta. The twenty-third Sutta of the Dīghanikāya. It contains a discussion on rebirth and karma between Pāyāsi and Kumāra Kassapa in the Siṁsapāvana at Setavyā (DN.ii.316ff).
The incidents mentioned in the Sutta took place, according to Dhammapāla (Vv-a.p.297), after the Buddha’s death and the erection of Thūpas over his relics.
Pāyāsisutta. Sutta thứ hai mươi ba của Dīghanikāya. Sutta này chứa đựng một cuộc thảo luận về sự tái sinh và nghiệp giữa Pāyāsi và Kumāra Kassapa tại Siṁsapāvana ở Setavyā (DN.ii.316ff).
Theo Dhammapāla (Vv-a.p.297), những sự kiện được đề cập trong Sutta này đã diễn ra sau sự kiện Đức Phật nhập diệt và việc xây dựng các bảo tháp bên trên xá-lợi của ngài.
