Ghatajātaka 01. (Ja 355). The story of Ghata (1) (q.v.). It was related in reference to a minister of the Kosala king. He had been the king’s favourite, but then, influenced by slanderers, the king cast him into prison, where he entered the First Path. When he was released he visited the Buddha, who told him the Jātaka story.
Ānanda is identified with King Vaṅka of the Jātaka. Ja.iii.168ff.
Ghatajātaka 01. (Ja 355). Câu chuyện về Ghata (1) (q.v.). Câu chuyện này được kể liên quan đến một vị đại thần của vua nước Kosala. Ông từng là người được nhà vua sủng ái, nhưng sau đó, do bị những kẻ gièm pha tác động, nhà vua đã tống ông vào ngục, nơi ông đắc Đạo đầu tiên. Khi được thả ra, ông đã đến thăm Đức Phật, và Đức Phật đã kể cho ông nghe câu chuyện Jātaka này.

02. Ghatajātaka 02 draft
Ghatajātaka 02. (Ja 454). The story of the Andhakaveṇhudāsaputta (q.v.) and of the manner in which Ghata paṇḍita assuaged the grief of his brother, Vāsudeva. The introductory story resembles that of the Maṭṭhakundalijātaka.
Rohiṇeyya is identified with Ānanda and Vāsudeva with Sāriputta (Ja.iv.79ff).
This Jātaka perhaps influenced the story of Ummādacittā found in the Maha Vaṁsa (ix.13); for its connection with the Harivaṁsa, see ZDMG.53, 25ff.
Ghatajātaka 02. (Ja 454). Câu chuyện về các Andhakaveṇhudāsaputta (q.v.) và về cách mà paṇḍita Ghata xoa dịu nỗi đau buồn của người anh trai mình, Vāsudeva. Câu chuyện giới thiệu tương tự như câu chuyện của Maṭṭhakundalijātaka.
